House of Raeford poultry processing plant in Arcadia is accepting applications for day and night shift production positions and CDL drivers with at least one year experience.
CDL Drivers are paid by the load.
Starting pay rates for day and night production positions are currently at $11-$11.50 per hour, respectively. At the end of the 60 day probation, pay rate will increase to $12-$12.50 per hour. There are several premium pay positions that pay up to $4.00 more per hour. They offer exceptional medical insurance at a nominal fee and also dental and life insurance policies available. They have a 401(k) that matches .50 on the dollar up to 6%!
Keep in mind that close to 100% of their managers and supervisors started off in a general production position – which means job advancement is possible for anyone who wants to be a long-term member of the House of Raeford team.
