Redskins Fall To Lincoln Prep After Fourth Inning Score

The Redskins stayed in it until the end, but Lincoln Prep pulled away late in a 21-3 victory on Tuesday. 

The Redskins struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Lincoln Prep, giving up 21 runs.

Monroe McCarty pitched four innings, allowing ten runs on 11 hits and striking out four.

Redskins tallied five hits on the day. Bradyen Barber and Jarred Durr each managed multiple hits for Redskins. Durr and Barber each managed two hits to lead Redskins. Redskins tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. McCarty led the way with three. Redskins was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Jaxon Page had the most chances in the field with four.
