The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, LA 9 (S. Hazel Street) at the Kansas City Southern railroad crossing in Arcadia will be closed.

This closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and is necessary to allow KCS to perform repairs to their railroad crossing.

Alternate route: LA 9, LA 517, LA 516, LA 154 and I-20

Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the railroad crossing. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
