If you’re a Louisiana resident in grades 7-12, submit a 300-500 word essay on what the library means to you and you could win a Kindle! The deadline to enter is October 1st.

Essay Contest Rules:

1. I am enrolled in 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade this school year (2021-2022).
2. My essay is between 300 and 500 words.
3. My essay is about “What the Library Means to Me.”
4. I understand my essay must be submitted between September 7, 2021 and October 1, 2021.
5. I have included my name and contact information on my essay file.
6. I am a Louisiana resident.
