
Daniel W. Newell, District Attorney for the Second Judicial District in and for the Parish of Bienville, makes the following announcement relative to disposition of cases in Bienville Parish on the dates indicated:
8-10-2021
- Pamela D. Doyle of Sibley, LA—Pled guilty to Exploitation of Persons with Infirmities and was sentenced to 5 years hard labor, which was suspended. She will be placed on 3 years supervised probation. She was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.
9-1-2021
- Lucas Dane Allen of Jamestown, LA—Pled guilty to two counts of Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling. He was given two years hard labor on each, which was suspended. He will be placed on two years supervised probation. He also pled guilty to Stalking and was sentenced to 1 year in the parish jail. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing and is to have no contact with the victims in this matter.
- Albert Joe Martin of Bienville, LA—Pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Cocaine) and Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana) and was sentenced to 7 years hard labor on each, which will run concurrently. It will also run concurrently with Jackson Parish docket #51,585. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.
- Ricky Lee Moore of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 2 years hard labor, which was suspended. He will be placed on 2 years supervised probation. He also pled guilty to Resisting an Officer and was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing and is not to return to the victim’s home.
- Michael R. Parks of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 2 years hard labor, which was suspended. He will be placed on 2 years supervised probation and is required to pay a court cost of $381.00. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.
- Kendric D. Patterson of Saline, LA—Pled guilty to Distribution of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and was sentenced to 2 years hard labor. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.
- Brenda Viers Smith of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and was sentenced to 1 year hard labor, which was suspended. She will be placed on 1 year supervised probation. She also pled guilty to Resisting an Officer and was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail. These sentences are to run concurrently.
- Arion Michael Sullivan of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Distribution of Schedule I CDS (Synthetic Cannabinoid) and was sentenced to 2 years hard labor. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.
- Elmo J. Winzer of Arcadia, LA—Pled guilty to three counts of Distribution of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana) and was sentenced to 1 year hard labor on each, to run concurrently, which was suspended. He will be placed on 2 years supervised probation. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.

- Joe Patrick Wreyford of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and was sentenced to 2 years hard labor. He was given credit for any time served while awaiting sentencing.
