Clerk of Court Eddie Holmes announced this evening, September 17, that the Jury Trial which was set for Monday, September 20th, 2021 has been Cancelled. Holmes said, “All potential cases have been resolved. Your summons is invalid and you do NOT need to appear. No payments or excuses will be issued after cancellation is announced.”
