
Daniel W. Newell, District Attorney for the Second Judicial District in and for the Parish of Bienville, makes the following announcement relative to disposition of cases in Bienville Parish on the dates indicated:
January 12, 2022
- Candi Coke of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery and was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail.
- Brandy Nicole Coleman of Campti, LA—Pled guilty to Distribution of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) and was sentenced to 5 years hard labor.
- Javis Dewayne Dixon of Vicksburg, MS—Pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to credit for time served in the parish jail.
- Jerome Travis Donte Jefferson of Fayetteville, NC—Pled guilty to Possession of Schedule I CDS (Marijuana) and Speeding. He paid fine and costs totaling $633.50 to the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office.
- Hunter Blake Jordan of Atlanta, LA—Pled guilty to Aggravated Flight from an Officer and was sentenced to 2 years hard labor, which was suspended. He was placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Stephanie Ann Keeton of Minden, LA—Pled guilty to Criminal Trespass and was sentenced to credit for time served in the parish jail.
- Thomas Cole Kennedy of Castor, LA—Pled guilty to Simple Battery and was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail. He also pled guilty to Simple Criminal Damage to Property and was sentenced to 3 months in the parish jail. These sentences will run consecutively.
- Lejorian A. King of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Distribution of Schedule I CDS and Distribution of Schedule II CDS. He was sentenced to 5 years hard labor on each. These sentences will run concurrently.
- Danny E. Litton, Sr. of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to 2 counts of Aggravated Assault and 2 counts of Resisting an Officer. He was sentenced to 6 months on each to run consecutively. This sentence was suspended. He will be placed on 2 years supervised probation and is required to pay fine and costs to the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office.
- Christopher Michael Maranhao of Alexandria, LA—Pled guilty to 2 counts of Monetary Instrument Abuse and was sentenced to 3 years hard labor on each, which will run concurrently.
- Marshall Montreal Patterson of Bienville, LA—Pled guilty to Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine), Violation of a Protective Order-Second Offense, and Domestic Abuse Battery Second Offense. He was sentenced to 2 years hard labor, 2 years hard labor, and 1 year hard labor, respectively. These sentences will run concurrently.
- Adam Kyle Smith of Castor, LA—Pled guilty to Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile and was sentenced to 5 years hard labor, which was suspended. He will be placed on 3 years supervised probation and is required to register as a sex offender.
- Stanley Roy Tucker of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Theft less than $1,000 and was sentenced to 6 months in the parish jail.
- Logan Kurtis White of Ringgold, LA—Pled guilty to Possession of Schedule I CDS (Methamphetamine) and was sentenced to 1 year in the parish jail.
