Just before 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development said that beginning immediately, the LA-4 Bridge over Drain, near Friendship, in Bienville Parish, approximately 0.14 miles East of LA-155 and approximately 2.0 miles West of Danville, is closed due to deficiencies found.
This closure will be in effect until repairs can be made. There was no expected completion date provided.
Restrictions/Permits: Vehicles must comply with weight restrictions on detour routes.
Alternate Route: This is a total road closure. ALL vehicles must detour using LA-155 and LA-147.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
