Family Fun, Music, Fireworks at 2nd Annual Chicken Festival

On Saturday, Arcadia held its 2nd annual Arcadia Chicken Festival at the Bonnie and Clyde RV Resort. The forecast called for rain and heat, but the festival continued as planned. There was plenty of family fun such as a $1,000 scavenger hunt, fishing contest, raffles, chicken wing eating contest, a grill master cookoff, and much more. Some festival-goers donated blood to LifeShare. Trey Gauthreaux & Braydon Watts and band provided music for the event. The festival was topped off with a fireworks display.
