The Bienville Parish Police Jury held their regular monthly meeting Wednesday, December 14, 2022. During the meeting, the Police Jury adopted an “Amusements and Entertainments” ordinance. The ordinance was as a direct result from a shooting in which four people were shot, one of which died, at an unsanctioned party in Bienville Parish after the Grambling State-Pine Bluff football game.
