Doyline got ahead in the first inning when they scored one run. Castor Tigers Varsity evened things up at one in the bottom of the first inning. Doyline pulled away for good with two runs in the third inning. In the third Howell singled on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs.
Will Bradford started the game for Castor Tigers Varsity. The righty allowed five hits and eight runs over six and two-thirds innings, striking out seven. Brenden Cox threw one-third of an inning in relief.
Gage Jordan led Castor Tigers Varsity with two hits in two at bats.
