Turnout was low for Saturday’s election.  The unofficial turnout for Bienville Parish was 11.8 %.  The unofficial turnout for Ward 7 was higher at 17%. 

The PW School District renewal passed while the Ward Seven Fire Protection District renewal was voted down.

33% No (354 votes)

46% Yes (110 votes)
54% No (128 votes)

(Voter breakdown: 41.1% Democrat, 38.8% Republican, 20.1% Other )
