
On Friday, December 18, Arcadia Police Department had an encounter with a 36-year-old black male later identified as Jonathon Daniel Trammall. Trammall gave Arcadia Police Officers a fictitious name because he was wanted in Harrison County, Texas, and Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Arcadia PD took Trammall and released released him at Gap Farms. It was only after Arcadia Police released Trammall that they learned of his true identity.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. the same day, Bienville Parish SO Lt. Louie Foy saw Trammall walking on I-20 westbound near the Webster Parish line. Lt. Foy recognized him as the same individual Arcadia PD had encountered earlier that day. Lt. Foy detained Trammall and, while performing a pat down, found a fully loaded 9mm firearm. He was taken into custody and transported to the Bienville Parish Jail where he was charged with fugitive from Harris County (felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, fugitive from Lincoln Parish (failure to appear, two counts, carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon (Bienville) and false representation (Bienville). Bond has not been set and extradition to Harris County is pending.
