- Tomato (plants): March 20 – June 30
- Watermelons (direct-seed or plants): March 15 – June 30
- Spinach (direct- seed): February 1 – March 30
- Greens, mustard and turnip, (direct-seed): February 1 – March 30
- Beans, snap, bush (direct- seed): March 15 – May 15
- Kale (direct- seed or plants): February 1 – March 15
- Lettuce (direct-seed or plants): January 15 – March 15
- Kohlrabi (plants): February 1 – March 15
- Radishes (direct-seed): February 1 – March 15
- Swiss Chard (plants): January 15 – May 1
