On Friday, March 18, ZKL Fashion hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new business. ZKL Fashion is located at 2428 Second Street Suite A in Arcadia.
ZKL Fashion is one of three new businesses which opened in the past week in Arcadia.
