On Friday, April 1, Arcadia’s Mayor O’Landis “Bubba” Millican signed a proclamation which declared April as “Child Abuse Prevention and Awareness Month.”  On Monday, Mayor Millican presented the proclamation to CASA’s Deanna Curtis and McKenzie Turner.  Please see the proclamation below.

Each year, CASA hosts a Light of Hope ceremony as part of a national movement to honor and be a symbol of hope for the foster children in our community.  This year’s Light of Hope ceremony will be held at noon on April 18, 2022 at the Bienville Parish Courthouse.
