Ringgold High School’s Shon Trent said it was a “Great day to be a Ringgold Redskin!  Every kid gave their all, and, as coaches, that’s all we ask for.  However in the process we showed up and showed out at the Bienville Parish Track Meet at Gibsland-Coleman High school.

• Boys 4×100 crushed the competition with a 1st place finish! (They have not lost in the 4×100 relay in over a year!);
• Jabri Adams – 1st in 300 hurdles;
• Nataysha Gray continues to push toward state with a thrilling 1st place finish and a personal record in the Girl’s high jump;
• Girl’s 4×100 finished 2nd and 3rd in the 4×200 relay;
• Keesean Johnson had a day that will be talked about for years.  He took 1st in long jump, 200m and 2nd in 100m;
• Ladaunte Mccoy finished 2nd in the 200m although it was only his 2nd time running the event
