    Funeral services for Patricia “Trisha” McKee Spurlock, 73, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Ellerbe Road Baptist Church, 10705 Ellerbe Rd, Shreveport, LA. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be held at Hurricane Cemetery in Arcadia, LA.
