Qualifying for the upcoming October 14th Gubernatorial election begins Tuesday, August 8th – Thursday, August 10th. Candidates will qualify at the Bienville Parish Clerk of Courts office from 8:30 – 4:30.

The following offices will be on the October 14th ballot:
Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Treasurer, Commissioner of Agriculture, Commissioner of Insurance, Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, State Senator, State Representative, Sheriff, Clerk of Court, Assessor, Coroner, Police Jurors, Village of Lucky Alderman (1 to be elected) and Village of Bienville Alderman (1 to be elected).
