Arrest Reports

The following arrests were made by local law enforcment agencies.

November 26

Tyenia Johnson, 21, was charged as a fugitive.

Ramiro Gonzalez, 30, was charged with maximum speed limit and driver must be licensed.

November 27

Todd Butler, 44, of Minden, was charged with maximum speed limit and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no license issued.

Christine Riggs, 32, was charged with possession of methamphetamine less than 28 grams (felony), possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and possession of marijuana 14 grams or less (misdemeanor).

November 28

Kelvin Kinsey Jr., 23, of Shreveport, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear (execution of sentence).

Christopher Brown, 34, of Ringgold, was charged with criminal mischief (filing a false police report) (misdemeanor).

Terrence Moore, 18, of Gibsland, was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery.

November 29

Dusty Waters, 43, of Castor, was charged with theft (misdemeanor) and criminal trespass (immovable structure) (misdemeanor).

November 30
Anthony Mead, 26, of Lake, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no license issued.

December 1

Jacob Hays, 29, of Castor, was charged with a violation of protective orders (misdemeanor) and cyberstalking (misdemeanor).

Matthew Jackson, 21, of Gibsland, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no license issued.

Delancio Cato, 37, of Arcadia, was charged with computer-aided solicitation for sexual purposes (felony) (sex offense – registration required).

December 2

Tyler Paige, 24, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, no license issued.

December 4

Sherandrika A. Sneed of the 100 block of Timber Circle, Gibsland, was arrested on warrants for forgery and felony theft. She was transported to Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
