Deadline to register in person, by mail or at the OMV is October 7th.

Deadline to register online at Geauxvote.com is October 15th.

Early Voting 8:30 am – 6:00 pm excluding Sundays is October 18th -29th.

Deadline to request a mail ballot is November 1st.

Deadline for Registrar to receive a mail ballot is November 4th.

Election Day 6:00 am – 8:00 pm November 5th.

 

When you arrive to vote, if your drivers license/ID does not match your registration information or if you have been placed on the inactive list because of an address issue please be prepared to step out of line and fill out the appropriate paperwork required to make the necessary changes to your voters registration.  Once your paperwork has been properly filled out then you may get back in the back of the line to vote.  To avoid delays at the polls you may either come in the office or visit www.geauxvote.com to make the necessary changes to your registration prior to the deadlines.
