Ruben Redding, Jr. of Saline was arrested for Possession of Alcoholic Beverages in Motor Vehicles; No Seat Belt (1st Offense); Reckless Operation with Accident (Misdemeanor); Vehicular Negligent Injuring (Misdemeanor); and Vehicular Homicide – Driving Under the Influence (Felony).
