Citizens for a Better Arcadia shared a “Save the Date!” notice via the Bienville Parish Chamber of Commerce. The annual Fourth of July Festival will be held on Thursday, July 3, 5-9pm, at the Eugene Smith Events Center. The fireworks show will begin at 9pm.
