The Bienville Parish Assessor’s Office has issued a Public Notice. Over the next six months, the Assessor’s Office will have a field appraiser conducting on-site reviews of commercial properties for assessment purposes. The appraiser will be driving a clearly marked vehicle and will carry proper identification at all times.
Any adjustments or changes resulting from these reviews will not be reflected until the 2028 parish-wide reassessment.
