The NAACP Arcadia Bienville 61 AD-B Community Coordinating Council will present the seminar “Explore the Power of Telehealth” on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 10am at the Bienville Parish Library in Arcadia. 

The presenter will be Leeanna Hill, APRN, FNP-C, from the Grambling State University School of Nursing.
