Caitlan Craig of Bossier City was arrested for Simple Littering Prohibited (Misdemeanor) and Obstruction of Justice – Hindrance/Delay.

Robert Lowery of Ruston was arrested for Violation of Probation/Parole; Driver Must Be Licensed; Criminal Trespass (Misdemeanor); Aggravated Flight from an Officer (Felony); and Maximum Speed Limit.
