Angelia Martin-Jackson of Bienville Parish School Board has been selected as Bienville Parish’s Bus Driver of the Year and as an honoree for the 2025–2026 PCAL (Property Casualty Alliance of Louisiana) Bus Driver of the Year and will be recognized during a presentation on Thursday, June 4, at 6pm at the Bienville Parish School Board office in Arcadia. PCAL is administered by INSURICA. 

 

The PCAL Bus Driver of the Year program recognizes school transportation professionals based on key attributes including Leadership, Attitude, Perseverance, Student and Parent Relationships, and Technical Skill.
