The Arcadia Police Department is hosting a women’s self-defense class on Saturday, Sept. 19, 1-3pm, at First Baptist Church Gymnasium. The class is meant to help women better prepare for the unexpected. Preparation is key. The class will feature a guest instructor, Sensei AJ, a martial arts instructor.
